Our Leadership:
Innova Engineering is led by Greg Fountain and Dan Matthews (CP) who collectively have over 55 years of combined engineering experience in sensors technologies and systems engineering. Mr. Fountain previously led Northrop Grumman’s Information Technology operations in the Ft. Walton and Panama City, FL, area, and was appointed by the CEO as Corporate Lead Executive for all Northrop Grumman’s operations in northwest Florida prior to retiring to initiate Innova Engineering operations. Mr. Fountain has a Masters of Engineering degree from the University of Florida, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University. Mr. Matthews’ experience includes in-depth knowledge and expertise in synthetic aperture radar and automatic target recognition algorithms, photogrammetry, 2-D and 3-D spatial data analysis, geographic information systems, and conceived and built the RainDrop Point Mensuration system that enabled rapid precision target coordinate generation for GPS-guided weapons using stereo-pair images. Mr. Matthews is a Certified Photogrammetrist and has a Masters and Bachelors degree in electrical engineering from the University of Arkansas.
